performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We will encourage our customers and suppliers to do the same.
Environmental Strategy:

Minimise waste by evaluating and improving operations and ensuring they are as
efficient as possible

processes, i.e. vehicles, lighting, heating, noise, etc

Environmental Impact:
- We will reduce the need to travel whenever possible and promote
alternatives to travel when practicable; use ‘green’ vehicles wherever possible
- We will seek to minimise the amount of energy used, switching
everything off when not in use and consider energy consumption of new equipment/supplies when making purchases
- We will reuse and recycle everything we are able
to
- Materials used in the process of cleaning and maintenance will be
as environmentally friendly as possible
Environmental Objectives:
- Maintain a framework for tackling the environmental impact of the
Company’s business
- Retain certification to our valued ISO14001 Environmental
Management System
- Continuously identify ways of minimising consumption and adopt
fuel-efficient systems
- Promote energy management to staff
- Review the Environmental Policy to evaluate effectiveness, with
the frequency of such reviews determined by the needs of the business
Sustainable Development Targets:
- MANAGEMENT: To continually improve environmental performance and
reduction of environmental impact; Report regularly on environmental management issues; Communicate and influence the benefits of the services provided by the Company to our Customers (existing &
potential)
- PERFORMANCE: Continue to recycle office waste; Reduce business miles by careful contract review and route planning, which will be recorded in terms of
number of days that have resulted in savings (miles, cost & time)
